The Gruvlok® Figure 7401 RidgeLOK® Rigid Coupling with Grade "T" Nitrile Gasket is a high-performance mechanical grooved coupling designed to provide a rigid, locked-in pipe connection for demanding petroleum and industrial piping systems. Featuring Gruvlok's advanced GuideLOK® housing technology, the Figure 7401 delivers exceptional pipe engagement, rapid installation, and dependable sealing performance in applications requiring a rigid mechanical joint. Compatible with roll-grooved and cut-grooved standard weight steel pipe, roll-grooved lightweight steel pipe, grooved-end fittings, and valves, the coupling supports working pressures up to 750 PSI (51.7 bar) on standard wall grooved pipe while meeting ASME B31 Pipe Code requirements for rigid pipe support.

Grade "T" Nitrile Gasket
Designed for Petroleum Applications
The Grade "T" Nitrile (Buna-N) gasket, identified by its distinctive orange color code, is manufactured in accordance with ASTM D2000 and provides a service temperature range of -20°F to 180°F (-29°C to 82°C). It is specifically recommended for petroleum products, mineral oils, vegetable oils, hydraulic fluids, lubricating oils, fuels, and compressed air containing oil vapors.
The Grade "T" gasket is not approved for drinking water service and is not recommended for hot water or hot air applications, where EPDM or another compatible gasket material should be selected.
