Banded D Series Classical V-Belts are engineered for high-horsepower, heavy-duty applications that demand maximum stability and long-lasting durability. These belts consist of two or more D section classical V-belts joined with a tough, fabric-reinforced backing, forming a unified and balanced power transmission solution. This banded design prevents belt whip, rollover, and misalignment, especially in long-span or high-torque drives.

Each D-section belt in the band measures 1-1/4 inch in top width and 0.98 inch in height, perfectly suited for standard D-groove sheaves. The wider profile and banded structure deliver exceptional traction, power transfer, and vibration resistance across all ribs, even under shock loads or pulsating drives.

Built from oil-, heat-, and abrasion-resistant rubber compounds, these belts feature high-strength polyester or aramid (Kevlar®) tensile cords for superior flexibility and dimensional stability. With operating temperature ranges from -30°F to +140°F, Banded D Series belts are ideal for the most rugged and continuous-use environments.
