Primary Shipping Methods
We primarily ship via UPS using the following service levels:
-
UPS Ground
-
UPS Next Day Air
-
UPS 2nd Day Air
-
UPS 3 Day Select
Shipping charges are calculated based on the total order weight and UPS published rates.
Use Your UPS Account for Negotiated Rates
If your company has special negotiated rates with UPS, we recommend using your UPS account number when placing your order. This allows you to take full advantage of your discounted shipping rates.
-
When you use your own UPS account number:
We will not charge freight on your order.
Instead, UPS will bill your company directly for all shipping costs related to the order.
Freight Billing and Backorders
If we are billing you for freight:
-
The full shipping charge is billed on the initial shipment of your order.
-
Any backordered items will be shipped at no additional freight cost.
Free Freight on Eligible Online Orders
We offer free freight shipping for qualifying orders that meet the following conditions:
-
The order total is $250 or more at standard pricing
-
The destination is within the continental United States
-
The order is placed online, either by you or your company’s representative
Note: Items over 3 feet in length, such as threaded rod, pipe, and tubing, do not qualify for free freight.
Freight Policy for Items 3 Feet in Length and Longer
Items 3 feet in length and longer do not qualify for free freight, even if the order meets the standard free freight threshold. These oversized products are excluded from free freight calculations and will be shipped at current UPS published rates.
Freight Policy for Items Over 6 Feet in Length
Products longer than 6 feet require truck freight shipment. Freight charges will be calculated after the order is received and submitted for customer approval prior to shipment. These items are also excluded from free freight qualification and free shipping promotions.
