The NEW WAVE™ band saw blade is specifically tailored for maintenance department saws, fabricators of lighter structurals, round and square tubing and other applications that can prove troublesome to saw blade users everywhere. The unique, group tooth set, combined with the Broach Tooth design, delivers smoother cuts with less noise and vibration. Because teeth are group set in varying degrees, each tooth protects adjacent teeth from taking too much stress load. This helps prevent tooth loss due to chipping and eventual strippage. NEW WAVE™ blades feature an 8% cobalt edge with 66-68 Rc tooth hardness. For use on horizontal or vertical band saw machines.
